A Year Later — and Just Getting Started

Hello Family, Friends, and Colleagues,

It has been exactly one year since I stepped away from the corporate world after 35+ years. I called it “semi-retirement” — my wife Lisa had other thoughts. Within a day or two, I was already on early morning calls with colleagues across the globe, working on what I call unfinished business.

A Passion That Never Stopped

Those who know me well know this story. From my earliest days at Arthur Andersen, I developed a deep passion for helping organizations make collaborative decisions that drive real growth. I was fortunate to be trained early in facilitating strategic and technology transformations — a skillset I later channeled into building my own consultancy, Strategic Connections (yes, back in the previous century — 1995, for my Gen Y and Z colleagues).

Over four decades and many career stops, one thread has always remained constant: achieving organizational alignment through people. Whether as a technology executive or strategic consultant, across every industry and every role, the Strategic Connections vision has been my backbone.
